Call centre taking long to answer but helps

I'm waiting for a parcel from the US. According to the USPS tracking it should already be with me. <br> I struggled to get a hold of the agent via telephone but eventually when the agent answered he was of much help. <br> <br> Didn't expect it<br> <br> Thanks
