Call Centre cuts off calls

Today I phoned ***the SA Post Office Call Centre to enquire on a registered letter using the Tracking number. I listened to music and a recorded voice saying that they would \attend to my call as soon as possible". But after 5 minutes it was cut off. The second time I phoned it was cut off after 13 minutes. How can SAPO claim to \""attend to calls as soon as possible\"" when in fact it cuts them off? Is this cutting-off done \""by the system\"" or by a particular Call Centre agent? Why must we keep on losing our places in the queue?"""
