I want to say your service is PATHETIC. ! I have a parcel i am waiting from the USA. The US postal service can tell me when it landed in JHB , what time it was despatched from OR Tambo yet the SAPO can't even issue an SA tracking number yet. In fact after holding on the phone for 96 minutes, (YES thats one hour and 36 minutes for you intellectually challenged ones) I was answered and told \Eish you will have to wait for the backlog to clear
