Bus issues

On the 3rd of December we experienced a bus delay that was unwarranted from JHB Park Station to Durban Station.

I was supposed to leave at 9 pm ended up leaving around 1am. The bus then got a tyre burst on our way out of JHB, exactly passing by Vosloorus. Waited for hours to get the change tyre. Ended up reaching Durban around 1 afternoon which was too late for me to reach my ceremony. There was no communication after we had a two hour delay l, we were supposed to leave at 11pm. This was a shock never experienced such services.
