Broken Systems, People and Processes, Completly disfunctional

Packet arrived at their offices They delivered to someone else (according to their manual journal) I provided evidence that the tracking number belonged to me They refused to look at the evidence They had 2 errors out of 4 of my packages on their manual journal within the same month They do not find the tracking number on their IT systems for packages delivered the same week There is a complains email that does not respond
