Branch with worst service in Gauteng!

Good day, I have been a valued customer of the Menlo Park Post Office for about 6 years now. Last week when I visited the branch I had to look up my own registered post in the book whist your staff was chatting away on the phone. Today I had to wait in line for about 40 minutes for a vehicle licence renewal to be done. I complained to both Johan Venter (The Branch Manager) as well as your Supervisor (Zweli Phawe about a guy just cutting the line. He said that he came earlier to collect a form for licencing. If you leave the post office and come back you have to stand in line again. The lady behind the counter then said that the guy was in line earlier. He **** and said that he was in the post office all along. I have been waiting in the post office for about 40 minutes and I was observing everyone and this person was not there. He left the post office and came back. The service in the Menlo Park branch has become really somewhat worrying as we stand in line for much longer than what is acceptable! I am utterly disgusted that they will allow this and have had to stand in line 3 times in one day to have more than 5 renewals done. Yet other people just cut the line and this is accepted. I honestly believe that Menlo Park branch has the worst service in all of Pretoria.
