Branch not opened for business

I was at the PostOffice on the 24th Dec just after 13:00 and found the branch closed -the working hours are suppose to be till 16:30pm week days . On Sunday I went back again at about 10:00am and I again I found the branch closed .Working hours are suppose to be from 9:00am to 13:00pm on Sunday's. This is very frustrating as I had a parcel to collect which was posted in Durban on the 4th and has been in transit since.
