Box registered with wrong details and as a busines

I opened a Post box at Cresta Post Office at 2012. And they gave me a post number, little did i know that i was given a Post Box with another person's details. <br> <br> And when i was going to re-new my Post Box i saw that there was another person's ID number, cell number and the post box its registered as a business. Where's i do not have one. When i ask the tellers there at Cresta to update to my details they tell me that it can't be done...<br> <br> and when i tell them that y did the person (Teller) who opened this box did not do the correct thing, they say they can't fix that. I asked to talk to Post Office Cresta manager they said he/she is not available and he/she can't help me., <br> <br> Really not pleased. Can my Post box be updated to my details as per completed registration paper and renewal papers PLEASE!!! i have alot of things i am receiving using this post box. Or DOES POST OFFICE SOUTH AFRICA NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. SHOULD I LEAVE?
