box opened and emptied

Good day,<br> I was supposed to collect a package at Riebeeckstad post office yesterday, when I arrived thw lady asked me to sign for my package and handed me the box, I could immediately tell that it was an empty box, I opened it right the in the post office and it was empty, the tape had been tampered with too, I gave them back the box and left. According to the postal slip when the package was bookd to send to me the package weighed 4.1kg but when I collected it was empty. So quite obviously it was emptied at one of the post offices while in transit to me. It was booked in at Trade route post office Lenasia Johannesburg, then went through Witpos hub, then Welkom hub n then Riebeeckstad post office Free state. Between these 4 places somebody opened and emptied my package having the audacity to let me receive an empty box. The tracking number PE***ZA, sent to me via normal mail no insurance. I am utterly disgusted at the inefficiency of the post office which millions of South Africans trust with our valuable packages on a daily basis, and thwn to be told that I can not point fingers at anybody because my parcel was handled by more than one place. I am in need of assistance.
