Blady Useless and Pathetic!Shut them down

Absolutely useless , how do these people get their jobs!People start using Pep Courier which is R50 or Aramex dont do business with the post office coz their service sucks , dont respond to emails dont answer calls no response how are they getting paid to do nothing .Posted a parcel on 31st of May 2019 and its now 3rd of July its been in Germiston Hub from 6th of June and this is a return parcel and I cant get my refund because parcel hasnt been delivered coz yourl are so dam useless!!
