Black hole at the JIMC??

One star is too many really . It should be "minus" 5.

I ordered two No1 F3 Sports watches from a Gearbest . Order date says 20/07/2018 09:20:17 for item 01 . and 23/07/2018 15:43:08 for item 02.

I have tried tracking these items . Item 01 says : " 2018-09-03 19:59:00 Departure from inward office of exchange at 2018-09-03 19:59:00 at JIMC A". Item 02 says "2018-09-18 21:28:00 Departure from inward office of exchange at 2018-09-18 21:28:00 at JIMC A"

What does this even mean ??

I have phoned and e-mailed the JIMC with no response whatsoever. I wait for 5 minutes on the phone then get cut off .
