Birthday Card from Beyond the Grave
Soapbox : This is more of a personal gripe than anything else. <br> On Monday 27 Oct 2014 my dear beloved grandmother passed away at the age of 99 in Oxfordshire, UK. Due to ill-health (Decided by the family and the airlines) my father was unable to make the trip to the UK to pay his final respects, so Wendy and I went to attend the cremation and burial services on our familys behalf. My father turned 80 on Sun 2nd Nov 2014 so we had a bittersweet celebration. My father was rather bitter with us in this regard that we did not allow him to travel.. <br> Now fast forward to Wednesday 18th MARCH 2015. My father receives a birthday card. From his LATE MOTHER posted Monday 20th October 2014, wishing him a happy 80th birthday, with the inscription \Dearest Fred

It's unfortunate that during the send off process the delivery of the said card was hindered by the preceding work disruptions and was not received as expected. We have refereed the matter to Delivery Management at Johannesburg International Mail Centre and an official attending to the matter will revert to you with definite feedback.
