Billions for Barely and Service

Parcel arrived at sorting center at ORT on 22 December. Its still being sorted!!!! Totally incompetency! Shocking that they need billions to do nothing. Dozens of calls and emails during this period. They dont answer the customer service lines. The dont answer their customer service emails queries. They JUST DONT!!!!!
