BIG SYSTEM

I went to the Post office in Arcon Park Checkers Duncanville Vereeniging to check if my parcel RW ********** 41CN have arrived there was only 1 lady working i had to stand in a very long queue when i got in front i was told my number is on the Big Dystem and cannot be checked. Does this mean there is no way of collecting my parcel if it arrives ? This is not the first time i have been told this with a different parcel!
