Actually a minus 1 if I could. I've renew my MVL on their site, must say I was really impress with the ease and user friendliness of this process. It is really a good site. But, now, 4 weeks after this, they already took my money, nothing. No email, no sms, nothing. Like a big ****, they stole my money. Send a couple of messages through their Contact Us site, email them directly, getting only the automated response. From what I'm seeing here I'm not the only one, look like a big ****, steel your money and you have now to go to the license department and re-do everything and pay again. Please do not use this function of the SAPO site.
