Beyond useless!

My USPS package arrived in Johannesburg 27 March, 5 days after leaving the sender in U.S.A. It is now more than 150 days and the parcel is still in the black hole that is the SA Post Office Calling them has been fruitless, just the default excuse...we have a backlog... They do not respond to emails either...

Absolutely useless government organization! Just do everyone a favor, close the doors and save the taxpayers some money.
