Beyond Pathetic - Waiting for packages since JULY !!!!

Pitty we can't give a 0 star review I have been waiting for 3 packages from the UK since July 2020, Only got an update in October after 15 emails to Mavis and numerous attempted phone calls. No one is answering at all !! This puts my online business in a very bad name because our dearest South-African Post Offices can't do what they are employed to do !! Yet again the update given was incorrect and one package out of the 3 doesn't have tracking updates, which is funny though as it departed 2 weeks before the rest from the UK !!! So now I have 5 clients suing me for refunds because your system is forever offline or your staff refuses to answer calls and assist ......

Pathetic service - no wonder our import and export system is so ****ed in this country !!!!!
