Beyond Frustrated with SA Post Office/Speed Servic

I've posted a package (Speed Services) via the Isando Post Office on the 18th Feb 2015, for counter delivery to Maties in Stellenbosch.
Package should've been delivered Friday 20th, but has still not arrived. I could not track it because systems was down, I called Speed Services customer services on Saturday and held on for over an hour without my call being answered, which i eventually ended.
I finally got through this morning (23rd Feb) and was informed that Speed Services is RE-USING tracking numbers!!! And upon checking my tracking number they have TWO entries, one delivered October 2013 and another delivered 2 weeks ago but no entry for MY PACKAGE.
No-one can tell me where my package is.
There is a good reason people use and PAY for SPEED SERVICES right!!!!!! BECAUSE THE PACKAGE/PARCEL IS URGENT!!!!!!
OH BUT I CAN claim some of the money I paid back BUT I will have to go to a nearest PO, where i can request a claims form that needs to be filled and emailed to the speed services offices, where after an INVESTIGATION will take place! REALLY!!!!
My Time, My Money, My Petrol. And I have to wait for the results of an INVESTIGATION due to their lousy service.
MJ
