Better Late Than Never

April 2018 - Ordered a parcel from overseas (ETA 2 months) June 2018 - Parcel arrived in Jhb on time. This is where the PO took over Sept 2018 - After much back and forth, the parcel was delivered to a hub near me Nov 2018 - I was told the parcel was lost. I figured as much by then so forgot about it Jan 2019 - I got a call from my local PO saying the parcel was ready for collection

I can't justify giving 5 stars for a package that took 9 months to be delivered, but the fact that it was delivered in the end, and not damaged, means I am a happy customer. Especially thanks to Virginia Mentoor, who helped me during this process.
