Benoni post office appalling service

My gran was a victim of sassa ***** in May. She followed the process that needed to be followed for reimbur*****t, months later they still didn’t get back to her. Today the 1st November, I took her to the benoni post office to find out about the reimbur*****t and what process is to follow and received the most appalling service. Benoni post office staff are rude and unhelpful. Absolutely rude to old people treats them as though they are stupid. When you ask what the process is that you need to follow they speak down on you as though you are dumb! There are no people to guide and direct you to the correct person you need to speak to. When explaining the problem to them they look uninterested and don’t listen. They were more worried about why the security let us in, instead of telling us nicely that he shouldn’t have let us in and we need to follow the queue. I think it’s absolutely disgusting how they treat people and their unwillingness to help. They need to hire staff with people s****s. This is the one time of the month that they actually do work and they can’t cope!!! Absolutely rude and disgusting behavior displayed by BENONI POST OFFICE STAFF!!!
