BENMORE POST OFFICE NO ELECTRICITY

I have gone to the Post Office in Benmore Gardens twice in one week to pick up a motor vehicle licence disk that was posted to me by way of registered post. On the one occasion it was closed. Before closing time. Today, they cannot operate as they have no electricity. They are the only store in Benmore without electricity. What must happen now? I need my licence disk as a matter of urgency and I cant get it. <br> <br> Please sort this matter out ASAP. <br>
