bedford view useless.

Good day<br> <br> Parcel tracking number RI***ZA has been stuck at the Between Bedford-view and Johannesburg post, bedford-view is telling us that the parcel is Witspos Hub . and i cant afford to drive and call the post office, the whole day for parcel , also your phone does not work i don't get this this parcel hell is going break lose <br> <br> the level of service is unacceptable, if people can't even answer our calls why should they be employed there, you can't have old grannies and grandpas working in such a environment. <br> <br> Please can you tell me why the parcel is stuck at the hub and not being delivered?<br> <br> Thank you
