BADD service leads to missing mail

Item Number: RD ********** 24ZA was last scanned on: 2017-09-19 at 14:58 Location last scanned: CAPEMAIL (HUB)

Greetings.

I AM FURIOUS, I AM MAD, I AM SO ANGRY NOW. THE SERVICE DELIVERY OF THE POST OFFICE IS COMPLETELY AND UTTERLY UNACCEPTABLE.

I have been waiting for a parcel for over 4 months now.

I finally got hold of the tracking number, and guess what, ... the incompetence of the Post Office is evident loud and clear. The records show that the parcel has been returned to the sender - he hasn't got it either, by the way.

The Rynfield Post Office DID NOT send the notification to my address. I have complained about this before and all I got was a useless reply, that they would look into the service. (I wouldn't be surprised if the parcel wasn't diverted by the disgruntled staff at the Rynfield Post Office, if the poor delivery was ever addressed with them)

We are lucky if we get a postal delivery once a month. The figures below show the dates of postal delivery the past year, and the number of letters received at that time. January 25th - 13 letters February 7th - 8 letters March 13th - 18 letters May 8th - 18 letters June 7th - 16 letters June 29th - 12 letters July 20th - 6 letters August 3rd - 11 letters August 23rd - 11 letters September 1st - 6 letters September 8th - 3 letters October 19th - 11 letters November 13th - 8 letters November 29th - 10 letters

I'm certain that I would have picked up the notification IF IT HAD EVER BEEN SENT.

This is an academic qualification certificate that I have been waiting TWO years for, and now it is somewhere in limbo.

SO I have NO proof of my qualification thanks to the Post Office Incompetence.

Please Can I have My Parcel
