Bad services south african post office

I'm writing this email to complain about South African postal services.

I made an international order of an item sometime in April 2020 when tracking the order it arrived at jhb international center on the 28th of July, I've not received a notification to collect the order till date.

I've emailed the customer services post office with no avail, when calling them I'm told that the order should be at my local delivery office which is hillbrow post office, however hillbrow post office say that they don't know anything regarding the order.

I really don't know what to do at this point to get assistance in receiving my order. Despite the covid pandemic this order should have arrived because it's long overdue.

I've written to iccasa I'm told that my item was last scanned at witspos post office on the 29/July 2020

The package should've been long sent to the local post office for delivery. Witspos don't answer their phones its so infuriating
