BAD services Quagga Centre post office

<p>It is with sadness that I’m sending this, I have been running an online shopping and sending my clients good with the post office as I believe it’s cheaper, as we all know cheap thing comes with a price and I’m really paying it right now.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been sent from pillar to post with 1 of my customers parcel that no 1 knows where it is. You stuff member are very rude and ***********.</p> <p> </p> <p>The below parcels was posted on the 28th of April 2017 and the client is sending me emails that I should refund her. I checked the tracking number and its showed that its in Quagga Centre,post office and I went there and they told me that it’s in Pretoria Mail Centre. I was told that the parcel is in Polokwane where its supposed to be</p> <p> </p> <p>I was at Quagga Centre, centre post office to post some of my parcels and collect the one that was returned and I was assisted but one rude ugly lady that doesn’t even smile. As per the slip I received her name is Lizzy Nemataheni, she was very rude and was shouting at me that how can I come to the post office with so many parcels and expect to be assisted in an hour because they are closing at 13:00 as it was Saturday. I told her that I brought business and money to the post office so its up to her if she helps me or not. She was very angry and I didn’t even care because I did nothing wrong. I told her that she must insure all my parcels and she refused, I explained to her that id 1 of them goes missing we will have a huge problem and she continued saying that won’t be her problem. I insure all my parcels because I don’t want any mistakes. She doesn’t deserve to work talk less of working in the post office. She is very rude she must not work with customers at all.</p> <p> </p> <p>She didn’t insure my parcels and I hope they don’t go missing on post office action, people like her makes me wish that the post office should close once and for all. I spend a lot of money in the post office and I have all my recites and getting people like this to help you makes me sick</p> <p> </p>
