Bad services..POST OFFICE

<p>This morning was at arcadia post office to certify. .they told me they dont certify because they don't stamp. .even the lady told it's been 5 months...come on is that service delivery. .it's so frustrating really because I took morning off at work now have to go to another branch. ..really bad shame.....not happy with the service </p>
