Bad Services From SA Post Office

I have a package they was delivered to the post office from China late September and till this day I have not received it, I called the call center and the lady helping had such an attitude and told me she doesn’t know when my packages will arrive as they are with customs. Does it take a whole month for a parcel to be delivered or cleared from customs.

I have even sent emails to the customer service email address provided on the website and still no response. I want my parcel I paid for them. ???
