Bad services from braamfontein post office by Mantoa and Buhlr

On the 28th May 2018 at 09:41 My sister went to braamfontein post office to transfer some parcel to me in Newcastle she was assisted by Mantoa who accepted the parcel and told my sister that the parcel will arrive on the 3th of may... I went to Newcastle post office and gave the lady my ref: TC ********** 24ZA she told me that the parcel it still showing that it in braamfontein office, I ask my sister to return again to post office where she was assisted by BUHLE who claimed that the parcel was in Newcastle already but the parcel was never sent from the beginning... iam totally dissaponted with such service that my sister and I got from this two ladies who fail to do there jobs, it feel as if we were forcing them to do their jobs... Will like a follow up on the issue truly dissaponted.
