Bad services

On the 03 of December 2019 I sent a package to my sister, since 07 December 2019 it is still stuck at witspos hub, this is very bad service. Everytime when I'm calling they'll tell me that it's still coming..very bad , there are impontarnt original documents on the parcel that cannot be replaced..please if anyone could just help me what to do CN***ZA
