Bad Service/No service at all!!!!!!

I am so disgusted with Westgate Post Office at Westgate Shopping Centre Roodepoort. There is no service, the postmaster is nowhere in site, and the bags with the parcels in are just piling up. I am looking for a parcel, where the bag was already scanned in at Westgate on the 31st August 2018. The bags are still sealed, not even opened as yet. And now you get informed that their scanner for the overseas parcels is not working since Feb 2018. Today is the 18th September. How long do you still need to wait for your parcel, not even to mention the queues when you get there, just to be informed after an hour in the queues, that they can not help you. Still 30 bags that needs to be opened!! pathetic!!!!!!
