Bad service which will cause bad marks for Child at school
My daughter's father send her a parcel from Capetown for a school project on the 8th of August 2018, first the parcel was stuck at Capemail till the 24th of August, now it is stuck at Witspots. The assignment is due the 31st of August 2018 and still I am struggling to get the parcel. I will even go collect. But no-one picks up phones callcentre is never been picked up mails is never responded. What can I do, I have 2 days to get the parcel.

Upto day the Post Office has not responded to one of my mails. But I can say that there are good people working for the post office. My first encounter was with Mark from Chempet Post office in Capetown, he assisted where he could and kept me in the loop the entire time. Then there was Thomas the manager in charge of Witpost who assisted me and arranged for me to collect this parcel the day before the event at Germiston Hub. And then lastely but not the least Freddy from Germiston Hub from whom I collected my daugthers parcel. Thank you gents for all my assistance, it is highly appreciated. For them I would give 5 stars! Thank you
