BAD SERVICE VERY UNFRIENDLY

We been dealing with Hercules post office Pretoria for some time now as we sell on bidorbuy and post a lot of parcels every few days. This morning i had gone to the post office branch Hercules again and behind the counter was helped by Petro a very unfriendly lady that does not seem to enjoy the work she does there is a young black guy that normally helps me and my husband and is a asset to S.A Post Office as this guy goes out of his way to be helpful and friendly and i would say that the rest of the staff could learn a thing or two from this young man. Petro take some time and please sit behind this guy and see how he goes about his job that any one that walks in there can see that he truly enjoys is work. If Petro can't deal with her client then she should rather work at the back away from public that does contribute to her salary. Really i feel that i would rather drive to another post office to take our parcels as we have over a 100 parcels we send a month with the post office.
