Bad service to no service at PE Post Offices!

We've been trying to renew our motor vehicle lisences since Monday. There are many Post Offices that aren't even open or do renewals. Some just states that their systems are offline or not working. People que from before 6:00 and just came out now @11:45. I've been in line from 7:00 this morning and still have not been helped. We've been told that there is only one teller. According to a notice on the door they close for lunch from 12:00 - 13:00.
