Bad service - South Africa Post Office

<p>I've order a parcel online about 2 months ago but not yet received the parcel. When I phone the SA Post Office International they say that it's in Transit and they are 3 weeks behinde schedule, but it's being in Transit for the last 2 months. The one Post office says it's in Johannesburg post office and then the other say it's at OR Tambo International. No one answers the phone at OR Tambo and no email replies as well. I can't get my parcel or trace it's correct location because of a lack of service. Please help me I need that parcel ASAP!!!!</p>
