Bad Service SA Post Office - It's very disappointing

Where is my delivery SA Post office Gugulethu Square branch? A parcel was checked in at Gugulethu Square on the 30th August 2022 has not reached the destination address Midrand. When tracking it from Midrand branch it says in transit and the Gugulethu employees say the parcel is in Johannesburg of which is not the case.
