BAD SERVICE SA POST OFFICE

On the 12th of June is sent a parcel via SA Post Office to Egypt and I was told that it would take 10 days to reach it's destination. However, the post office staff is giving me the run around only to find out my parcel is still in Johannesburg because according to them, they had problems scanning the outbound parcels and had to get a new contractor. Last Friday I was informed that the parcel would leave South Africa on Sunday for Egypt only to find out that the parcel is STILL in Johannesburg. This is unacceptable and no one really cares in assisting you.
