Bad Service post office westgate!

i went to westgate post office on saturday the 27th of Feb 2016. after standing for 45 minutes in the queue i was eventually called by one of the attendants.i needed to renew the licence disk for my car. the lady gave me a form and then told me i needed to supply proof of residence.I made the error of asking here since when we have to produce proof of address for renewals, the lady snapped at me and told me since 2016 and I then asked when in 2016 as I had been to 3 different post offices before and none of them had ever requested it. She then told me to go back to those offices and let them help me because she wont help me. at the same time there was another lady waiting at another till waiting to be assisted as the same lady had left her there and opened another system to assist other people. another teller was shouting at a client who was trying to send cash from her account to another account, she was ignored for an hour and when she questioned it the lady who was light in complexion started shouting at her. The same teller who refused to assist me then made a remark about my physical structure as i left! I'm sorry but we cant be treated like **** when we are paying! fire them!
