Bad service post office Gatesville

I have received such **** service from the South African Post office. First of all there tracking service doesn't even work at all, I had to use trackmyparcel just to see where my parcel was. My parcel was before stuck at the johannesburg mail hub since the third of April and only got to cape town on the 3 of May. When I went to the post office to pick it up they said that it hasn't arrived yet, its still in the depot which is in the same place as the post office. They said I must come back on Monday, so I called back and now they tell me that the lady that checks the tracking number isn't there and I must call back which is BS. So I called back after an hour and now they tell me no that the lady isn't coming now she is coming later. Apparently no else knows the code, apparently there codes have expired or some BS like that. This is **** service from the post office and I'm gatvol. I want this sorted out as soon as possible.
