Bad service Post Office

We want to renew our car licence,I ask the lady for 5 proxy form she give me 2 and told me she don't have photo state paper so I leave my place in the cue to look for a place to make me some copies.On my return I saw they photo state ID's and proof of residence I ask her what now she told me that is a different machine and she is spite full to quick her work to help the public few people complain.
