Bad service, parcel in transit for over a month now

My parcel has been in transit for 41 days of that, it's been stuck at jimc since the 15th of December. Nothing has changed or moved since then, the service is shocking, I can't get ahold of anyone, nor does anyone answer the phone. My parcel has been sent from the UK which took 4 days but locally it takes more than a month?!
