Bad Service, No delivery and bad attitude

I have been tracking items for over 3 months now, and no one is responding from post office or the mail centre at the airport, no one answers their contact centre phones, a lady by the name of Disipi sent an email after my 1 st report but did not say anything besides giving me tracking numbers which i already had, to day i have 3 international parcels stuck with them if they are not lost from 22 June 2017, SA Post Office are unrealiable and also ******* who ***** our parcels from customs and never give us any feedback
