BAD SERVICE FROM THE POST OFFICE WE PAY!

<p>We are not able to access our post box for months now, every time we go to enquire, the gentlement advises that there is no stock on the locks & keys to fix the problem, even though we pay our box renewals every year. We not sure why our key does not open the box, neither are they sure. it does not make sense as to why we must pay for a post box and not being able to use it. the service inside the post office is really really bad, absolutely no assistance, no smile and no knowlegde of when this will be sorted out. Simple, if there is not stock - order it!!! BE HELPFUL AT LEAST... He did not even want to check if we have post. The problem is not the problem, the problem is your attitude about the problem. absolutely discusted.</p>
