BAD SERVICE FROM SAPO POST OFFICE

Dear Peter,

I took a voluntary package at SA Post Office and finished duty on 30 September 2016.

I have been batteling since August 2017 for a code that reflects on the SARS system as code 3907, but on my original IRP5 it reflects code 3901 which is right.

My original IRP5 indicates the right code of 3901, but for some unknown reason the SA Post Office head office changed the code to 3907 (documents attatched). I have been back and forth to the SARS offices in Welkom numerous times and 5 different employees verify that the code 3907 is wrong and that they can't change it, only the SA Post Office head office in Pretoria can change it.

Please find attatched emails sent to different employees in that spesific department that work with the IRP5. The one refers the email to the next, until I ended up with mr Brucelee Makhado (contact nr ********** ), I told him with our last telephonic conversation that I am not satisfied with his answers. The last email I sent him was emailed from PostNet wich were the documents he requested of the correspondence between the SA Post Office and employees regarding the retrenchment/severage package (because he was stuck on the age issue).

I also reported the matter to SARS ***** hotline, with no sucess.

I don't know who to turn to as you are my last resort, with very positive backfeed from your previous investigations for your clients.

Only the SA Post Office can change the codes and are linked to the SARS system, but there is no one that is able or willing to change the code to reflect right on the SARS system from the SA Post Office side.

Your assistance regarding this matter would be highly appreciated.

Regards Mrs SD Godfrey Contact nr ********** Email address **********
