Bad service from SAPO
Hi there, just thought I quickly share my experience with you guys and, of course the public, if that is okay! Got home just about 30 minutes from my visit to the Honeydew Post Office, where I have a postal box for the last 'donkey' plus/minus 28 years. Thought I might check after some time now, if staff has finally decided to give you some service and deliver some mail!! If that is not too much to ask, after all I have paid for my box. Well, guess what, no such luck, but even worse, by trying to open my box I eventually realised that my box has actually been 'blocked' cannot open it!!!! One of the Post Office's big FORTE, just mess up everything and make sure you won't have no more clients left to actually run an office!!! I went straight inside the branch, spoke eventually to Betty, supposedly the manager, who knows, and wanted to know why my box has been blocked. After checking she comes back and tells me that the box had not been renewed. I think, I would have accepted anything, even an apology, if she had said, we made a mistake, but this was just too much, I told her the box had been renewed last December or early January this year and, what made me even more cross is, her asking me, can I see your receipt. Yes, I screamed at her, I carry the receipt with me all year through for you to ask me such a silly question - told her, I want money back or I will sue the Post Office, not a smart thing to say, I know, but I was furious, and what does she care anyway! I remember checking my box end of June, (it worked) when I tried to buy car licence at this Post Office, to no avail, non stop off line, I pay with credit card only, and could eventually do it at Cresta Post Office. Now I ask myself what on earth is the reason that box is blocked? Is it really the covid-19 pandemic that certain people have just 'lost it' or is simply a lack of integrity and showing some responsibility towards their customers, I might add. Post Office is non-stop in the news (no good comments), sadly so, and still they cannot get it right!! Kind regards, Rosalie Zubrinic
