Bad service from Johannesburg International Mail Centre

<p>&nbsp;i bought a dress from china (TB Dress) and it arrived at the Johannesburg International Mail on the 21st of April 2016. my dress has been there &nbsp;since. no communication has been made to me to date. it is way passed 10 days for it to be taken to customs and delivered to me. i need that dress for Friday the 13th of May 2016. I went&nbsp;to their&nbsp;offices in Jet Park on Saturday after talking to Lesego, who told me i can come pick it up on Saturday between 8am and 11am. i get there and i am told the staff is on strike. i wasted my time, energy and petrol going there for nothing, nonetheless i need my dress now, before friday the 13th of May 2016</p>
