Bad service from employees

I had horrible experience at Roodepoort(CBD) post office last week Friday. From what I know if it is time for the shop to close the employees need to assist customers who are already inside. What got to me was the lady who was not even assisting me had a lot to say about how I was making them go home late and that they cant go home late because of me...(She had quite a lot to say)

That was a horrible experience of unprofessional employee. These people need to go back for training or better yet if you cant handle working at the post office look for another job. Stop frustrating paying customers. You are employed there to serve us customers. Not to display your rude attitude at us.
