Bad Service form Post Office (JIMC)- Delays of more than 2 months

Hi There The Johannesburg International Mail Centre (JIMC) is extremely poor in their service. I am waiting now for parcels that is there for more than 2 months now and the parcels has not moved. Their contact number never answer and you cannot communicate with them. The Post Office only says there is delays . Who can be contacted directly in order to get information on my parcels and when I can get them.
