Bad Service Ever

SA Post Office has made me experience very bad service i purchased goods from Sweden and the post office was supposed to hand these over to me but i didn't get no updates no sms notifying me that the package is ready for collection and when called in one of the rude customer support team answered the phone and offered no help at all and they told my package has been sent back to Sweden and cannot get it back.

Like really????
