Bad service each time I go

I am very disappointed in the service at the woodhill branch. I've been to this branch twice now and the branch manger isn't there and the air-con doesn't work ever you stand in a line waiting to be served because there's only 2 counters open of which 1 is for all postal inquiries and the other is for vehical licence registration only. The 29th December 2017 my husband and I waited over an hour to be severed and to be told that they can't find my parcel at the back and the slip what I received the 28th December 2017 my collection slip from the guard(gate) at our complex. You can see its stamp is very unclear as well. I was told that they can find the number but the name on the parcel doesn't correspond with the slip. They said they will contact me back on Monday 1st January 2018 which I doubted because it was a public holiday. Its the 4th January 2018 I am still waiting I have tried calling the branch but their phones just get cut off each time as soon as I dial the number what is provided I tried from 2 different numbers the last 2 days calling them they both do it with the number. I have emailed customer service they don't respond either or their phones after 5 min you give up waiting to answer their phones.
