BAD SERVICE

I have been trying to trace a parcel , I have a tracking number for it, the post office close to me is in Tembisa I have been trying to call since the seventh of Jan and there was no answer then I went and emailed *** on the same day and have not received any feedback. I went further to calling the 086 number which is listed on the website and they have been experiencing high call volumes from 7th till now, which other service number can we use ? As it is I knock off at the same time as they close I can't go there personally. All I need to know is if my parcel was with them so that I can send someone to collect it on my behalf.
